The architectural style looks to the Aeolian tradition revisiting it in a modern way, giving life to a comfortable and ideal refuge to savor scents and panoramas in the best Mediterranean custom.

The idea is to create a niche accommodation facility, which can make the customer live a unique experience, not only thanks to the structure with attention to the smallest details, attributable to the style of the Aeolian Islands with minimalist design and Sicilian tradition, but above all for the philosophy of the house, in close contact with nature a stone’s throw from the sea, with intelligent services, such as educational play gardens within the property and at the complete disposal of the guest, such as on-site barbecue stations where events take place of social eating agreed with the guests, or simply breakfast on the main terrace, where you can spend great evenings in the name of aggregation, doing real social experiments, as happens in the outdoor Panoramic Reading room, where I am technological devices banned to make room for culture.

We are located in the Scafa district, 1km from the sea and 5 km from the center of Capo d’Orlando and can be the starting point for numerous excursions, from the Aeolian Islands to the most fascinating cities of art, from the coast to the reliefs of the Parco dei Nebrodi.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad op een mooie locatie. Mr Peppe was super vriendelijk, zeer gastvrij en je kon makkelijk en snel met hem communiceren. Hij zorgde elke dag voor een fantastisch Siciliaans ontbijt met zelfs iets lekkers voor onderweg 
Ook gaf hij vele tips en tricks over de omgeving en een eventueel warm welkom in een goed restaurant

The setting of the house is absolutely beautiful with a view on the Capo d‘Orlando and the marina. Everything is furnished with a lot of taste and the host Giuseppe is so friendly and helpful. A real gem!

Jedinečné ubytovanie v starobylej nehnuteľnosti, ktorá je však moderné zariadená. Atmosféra tohoto miesta sa nedá zachytiť fotografiou, preto každý kto príde, bude velmi príjemné prekvapený. Majiteľ veľmi pohostinný a nápomocný (znalý miestnych pomerov – super hlavne pre turistov zo zahraničia). Takže kto chce pocítiť dotyk prírody a zároveň výhody dnešného sveta bude nadšený…

Eravamo in 5 e la sistemazione era perfetta: due vani collegati da un bagno con una grande doccia (tutto opportunamente separato da porte scorrevoli). L’intera casa è arredata in stile eoliano con raffinatezza ed attenzione ai dettagli. Per raggiungere la casa deve essere percorso a piedi un piccolo sentiero (ben illuminato la sera). La posizione è incantevole con una vista mozzafiato sul porto turistico di Capo D’Orlando, cittadina molto vivace e piena di servizi. In pochi minuti puoi raggiungere spiagge molto belle e luoghi d’interesse. In alternativa, puoi rilassarti nella bellissima piscina panoramica o nella terrazza. Il proprietario della casa è un simpatico ragazzo, disponibile a darti suggerimenti utili. La colazione si svolge sul terrazzo panoramico della casa con latte, caffè, yogurt, fette biscottate, marmellate ed ottimi cornetti su richiesta. Siamo stati bene e mi auguro di ritornare la prossima estate.

Struttura dalle grandi potenzialità, assolutamente sconsigliata per chi ha bambini al seguito, troppe fonti di pericolo, ottima per adulti autosufficienti. Scomoda la stradina per raggiungere la struttura e poco illuminata
Un’antica casa di campagna siciliana, a pochi km da Capo d’Orlando, un po’ nascosta, raggiungibile a piedi tramite un sentiero in mezzo al verde. Una terrazza comune da cui poter ammirare dei meravigliosi tramonti sul mare con le isole Eolie all’orizzonte. L’accoglienza e la spontaneità dei padroni di casa. Stanze arredate con cura con letti super comodi.
Un luogo magico, dove godersi un tempo lento e silenzioso. Adatto a chi cerca qualcosa di diverso con una sua personalità e atmosfera.

So beautiful, old world style that transports you, a welcome that makes you feel like family, fruit trees and lovely wild old garden to walk through like you’ve found a secret gem all of your own. Great spaces to hang out.
Casa del Nespolo was even better than hoped for – thank you! It was a short walk to the sea and the room and property was just our style – rustic, simple and beautiful. We made friends at Nespolo and look forward to coming back!
