Meublé dans un style typiquement sicilien et doté de tout le confort, c’est l’endroit idéal pour visiter la côte nord de la Sicile (Nebrodi, îles Éoliennes, Cefalù, Tindari).

Villa Paola, est une villa accueillante avec jardin située à seulement 400 mètres de la magnifique mer de Capo d’Orlando, l’une des plus belles stations balnéaires de la côte nord de la Sicile. La propriété entièrement rénovée en 2018 est conçue pour garantir un maximum de confort à nos hôtes.
Les points forts de la villa sont sa proximité avec la mer, facilement accessible à pied en quelques minutes, son magnifique jardin planté de plantes méditerranéennes et sa proximité du centre-ville avec ses activités commerciales et ses restaurants.
La villa se compose de deux niveaux distincts:
Rez-de-chaussée:
- il y a deux chambres doubles avec salle de bain privée et accès indépendant à la terrasse
Premier étage:
- salon lumineux et confortable avec canapés et cheminée, un coin repas avec une fenêtre donnant sur le jardin
- cuisine
- chambre double
- chambre simple avec un deuxième lit (disponible sur demande)
- salle de bain avec douche
Depuis le premier étage, on accède à une terrasse et à une partie du jardin, meublées avec une table et des chaises pour des déjeuners et des dîners inoubliables en plein air.
Le salon et toutes les chambres doubles sont équipés de la climatisation et de la télévision. La maison est équipée du chauffage (pour les séjours en hiver), de la connexion Wi-Fi, du parking et du barbecue. Deux vélos sont à la disposition des clients dans la charmante ville de Capo d’Orlando.

Great stay at Federico’s. We arrived late but we greeted by Antonella who was very friendly and helpful, showing us all around the house and giving suggestions about where to go locally. Beautiful gardens, private and secluded with a great patio where we spent most of our time. Lovely house and plenty of room to relax. Great bakery across the road. Easy walking distance to the sea front and town centre.

We are a family of 5 adults. We spend a fantastic time in Caop d’Orlando the city the food are great, specially when they are topped with fantastic accommodation. Central, yet quite, and private. Every thing from a supermarket to the bakery to the fruit and vegetable shop were within easy reach. Restaurants with great food, and beautiful beach and clear Mediterranean Sea water. The host was more than helpful, just great. The town and the house are greatly recommended. Thank you Antonella and Paola.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, von der Straße nicht einsehbar. Besonders nett ist der Garten mit Terrasse samt gemütlicher Sitzgarnitur. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist auch gut, alles sehr sauber. Besonders positiv zu erwähnen ist die unkomplizierte Kommunikation – unser Kontakt Paola hat immer schnell, hilfreich und sehr freundlich auf Fragen und Anliegen reagiert.

Overall, we thought Federico’s airbnb was amazing and definitely a place I would recommend!! Firstly, the lady who greeted us was very welcoming and the rooms were immaculate with fresh towels and bedsheets. Secondly, the location was really good, there was a bakery across the road which was delicious and we were greeted with delicious pastries left for us which was v welcome!! It’s was extremely hot when we were there and the aircon was much needed. Lastly, Federico recommend us places to go which were brilliant and the town, beach, train station and shops are all a short walk! A great place to explore parts of sicily with the train to Palermo, boat to lipari island and a drive to the waterfalls as well as lots of towns and amazing beaches to visit. In conclusion, a great house in a fab location and it was an amazing trip for me and my family!!! Thank you very much. Xx

Ottima accoglienza sebbene a mezzanotte e un riscontro più che rapido per ogni questione.
Tutto corrisponde alla descrizione dell’annuncio.
Bella sorpresa su letti e lenzuola di ottima qualità.
Unico bemolle le terrazze sono poco illuminate per poter cenare all’esterno, soprattutto lato soggiorno , dove ci vorrebbe anche un ombrellone per le ore pomeridiane.
Comunque è una casa fresca, ben decorata e piacevole e che consiglio vivamente.

We loved our week holiday at Villa Paola, at Capo D’ Orlando in *Bella Sicilia Bella*. Easy comfortable life. We really loved the decor and atmosphere. Just what you want when on holiday and live La Dolce Vita. Our hosts Paola and Federico were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Also thank You to Rossella for looking after us on our arrival. The north coast of Sicily is all very picturesque. With sea and mountains at your doorstep You are spoilt for choice. The area is also architecturally and culturally very stimulating. The food is to die for ! So genuinely good and fresh. Once again You are spoilt for choice. Mega Yummy ! We will be back !

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni a luglio 2022, la dimora e’ bellissima, arredata con passione e buongusto, ombreggiata durante il giorno, dotata di ogni comfort.
Abbiamo sempre pranzato fuori, ci sono due tavoli in un giardino curatissimo.
Ideale per famiglie e gruppi di amici ( avendo camere nella depandance con bagno privato).
Non posso che fare i complimenti alla padrona di casa Paola e a Federico che si è guadagnato il fatto di essere un SUPERHOST! Ci ha organizzato il noleggio auto/ transfer da e per l’aeroporto e consigliato per il giro in barca alle Eolie. Vacanza da 10 e lode!

Alles in dem Haus ist super und zufriedenstellend. Lage ist wie beschrieben nahe dem Zentrum von Capo d’Orlando.

Séjour agréable à la villa Paola
La maison est très jolie et le jardin très arboré.
Il serait juste utile de preciser dans la description que deux des chambres ne sont pas communicantes avec la villa, donc parfait pour des adultes ou des ados mais pas pour des petits enfants. Petit bémol sur la cuisine, peu agencée et petite. Excepté ces détails, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous remercions Federico pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils.

Villa Paola è davvero bellissima! Dotata di tutti i confort, con un giardino meraviglioso, a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare. Negozi, supermercati e ristoranti vicinissimi. Super consigliata!

Bella casa arredata con personalita’, molto ben accessoriata, un’ambiente esterno rilassante. Una volta chiuso il cancellino ci si trova in una piccola oasi. La struttura ha un corpo principale e una depandance con due camere con ingresso autonomo dotate di bagno personale , ideale per tre coppie. Se proprio vogliamo trovare il pelo nell’uovo per il mare occorre una camminata di otto minuti.

Amazing gem in the heart of capo d’orlando
This place is a paradise , we have loved every minute of our time at the villa In real life it’s even more beautiful than in the photos , so spacious and well decorated . We all had our own bathroom and privacy thanks to the layout of the house and the outside areas are just a dream . We were sad to leave and we can’t wait to visit again
