Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön in einer angenehmen Parkanlage. Zum Strand kommt man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Der Zug ist, wie in ganz Silvi auch in der Nacht zu hören.

Die von Federico angebotene Location ist ziemlich fantastisch! Es handelt sich um eine altehrwürdige Villa mit einigen Wohnungen, wovon wir eine im Erdgeschoss bewohnt hatten. Die Fotos geben ziemlich genau die Realität wieder, wenngleich es dann “live” noch mal besser ist. Zudem ist Federico ein überaus freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Location befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Location is perfect, close to the beach with a beautiful view.
The villa is majestic, own parking place and you feel comfortable.

To sum it up: we had an amazing stay and honestly everything exceeded our expectations. The pictures already look awesome but seeing everything in reality made our jaws drop. We totally enjoyed every minute there! The villa is really perfect and super comfy for up to 5 people. The beach was just 3 minutes walking and we loved the Adriatic sea. Wonderful holiday

I gestori della villa sono stati cordialissimi e molto accoglienti. L’alloggio era ottimo, accogliente e spazioso oltre ad essere molto curato e attrezzato. Difronte all’ingresso del nostro appartamento era situato il tavolo esterno coperto da una siepe, ottimo per mantenere un pò di privacy. Perfetto per una vacanza all’insegna del relax con il mare a 5 minuti a piedi e uno splendido giardino che circonda l’intera Villa.

Отдыхали в сентябре. Прекрасное расположение, 5 минут до пляжа моря. Вилла утопает в зелени, всё продуманно: внутренний комфорт, расположение на террасе, барбекю во дворе…. Хозяин Federico – на связи в любое время суток, помощник и советчик во всём!!! Federico, спасибо огромное за прекрасный отдых!!! Рядом рестораны, торговые центры, цены вполне нормальны, арендовали машину в Пескаре. До Рима 220 км, трасса платная, проходит через шикарной красоты горы Grand Sasso и тоннели, Всё было отлично, поедем сюда еще и не раз!!!! Цены лучше не найти, эта вилла – подарок судьбы, честно!

Très belle situation du logement, très proche du centre, mais avec un coin un peu retiré en hauteur, avec belle vue sur la mer. Notre logement était au rez-de-jardin, avec une petite terrasse, très bien pour manger dehors au calme, avec un parasol. Il y avait aussi plusieurs bbq dans la propriété, mais non utilisé par nous.

Красивая вилла в красивом саду. Много зелени и места для отдыха. Хозяина ни разу не видели. Апартаменты оказались большими. Wi Fi работает без проблем. Есть духовка. Приятно, что не пришлось везти с собой постельные принадлежности и полотенца. Есть даже скатерть.

We had a great stay at Villachiara. So well decorated, very clean and fully furnished with all amenities (big plus for us the baby cot). Located in a nice area of the city with coffees and restaurants nearby, and a nice view over the sea at 1 min walking distance. Federico was very reactive in our communications.

Quello che posso dire di questa bellissima tenuta e’ che la villa e’ stupenda, molto pulita in una posizione ottima, la proprietaria e Federico sono stati molto disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta e che dire spero di tornarci.. sul sito la descrizione e’ molto accurata ma all’arrivo siamo rimasti sorpresi perché e’ ancora piu’ bella dal vivo… L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza estiva, il contorno semplicemente unico.. Tornermo!

Het appartement is ruim en voorzien van vaatwasser, wasmachine en kookgerei. De tuin is leuk opgezet met meerdere zitjes en heeft een mooi uitzicht. Binnen 3 minuten lopen ben je aan het strand. Begin oktober is er een enkele strandtent nog open (wij konden nog strandstoele huren).

Very nice apartment with the terrace, beautiful garden, even small house for kids. 5 min walk to the beaches with playgrounds. 7 min walk to Silvi rail station (10 min by train to Pesacara). Some small shops – about 10 min walk. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Special thanks for baby bed and high chair. Definitely recommend
