Villa Luigina, is a beautiful and elegant villa in classic Sicilian style facing the sea 10 meters from the beach of San Gregorio in Capo d’Orlando.

The villa extends over 2 floors and offers:

• 3 double bedrooms, each with a balcony that goes around the house

The villa is located 10 meters from the sea and 5 minutes walk from the new beautiful port of Capo d’Orlando where you can find shops, bars, supermarket and restaurants, as well as obviously being a fantastic mooring point in front of the Aeolian Islands,
Indeed, Capo d’Orlando is the closest point to the Aeolian Islands, reachable in just 40 minutes.
Just cross the street to find yourself in one of the most beautiful villages on the Messina coast, San Gregorio, for a fantastic holiday in Capo d’Orlando.

We loved our stay here & will come again. It’s quiet & away from everything except the beach. The house is exactly as described & photographed. It’s spacious, well equipped, nicely decorated, comfy bed, feels like a home. There are cafes, bars & restaurants within a 5mins walk at the marina. There’s a sweet gelato stop & Da Matteo Restaurant (great espresso) within a 10mins walk. The town of Capo d’Orlando is a 30mins walk & you’ll find Sicilian life with everything you might need. It’s a ‘real town’ catering to locals so everything in Italian, great quality & full of charm. We were there in September so it’s very quiet & local, just Sicilian/Italian tourists. We were greeted by the lovely Carola who was on hand with anything we needed. She’s friendly, respectful, immediate to reply, very helpful, a true gem. Grazie Carola. There’s a water fountain just a mins walk (left) where we filled up our bottles as the house water isn’t drinkable. Comes from deep down, always fresh & delicious.

Très belle maison située à seulement 100 m de la plage avec parking gratuit à côté.
Elle dispose de 4 grandes chambres et d’un solarium.
La cuisine est complète et donne sur une terrasse abritée.
Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances.
Attention, il faut prévoir de l’eau minérale car l’eau n’est pas potable.

Grande maison. Beaucoup d’espace. Magnifique vue depuis la terrace au dernier étage.
À une minute de la plage et de la mer.
Proche du centre ville et du port. En face des îles éoliennes.

Villa molto grande, come da descrizione fronte mare. Nei pressi c’è il porto con un piccolo supermercato. Casa ideale per famiglie numerose. Federico si è mostrato disponibile, presente, gentile e disponibile.

Capo paradise
Great location within walking distance to good restaurants, night club just down the block and and the marina. No problem to park. Huge house to Italian standards.

The house is spacious, very beautiful and stylishly furnished. The beach in front of the house is also excellent – even on sundays it is not as crowded as other beaches. Federico is very welcoming, very helpful and very professional – a couple of glitches were met with prompt and fixed ASAP. In short, a great stay that makes one want to come back for sure.
