Fantastica vista sul golfo. Temperatura fresca. Villa confortevole e ben arredata e corredata.

La villa, bellissima si inserisce perfettamente in un contesto dove ci si sente proprio in armonia con la natura. Siamo stati assistiti con grande professionalità e simpatia da Federico per telefono e Maurizio sul posto, che si è prodigata in ogni modo per rendere il nostro soggiorno speciale. Torneremo sicuramente.

Accogliente villa a pochi minuti dal mare
Villa davvero molto curata, bella, e pulitissima. Ogni cosa dall’arredamento, alla biancheria, era perfetta!! in particolare il giardino, curatissimo. La cosa che più mi ha colpito è la disponibilità e la gentilezza della proprietà, che ci ha fatti sentire come a casa nostra, aiutandoci e suggerendoci per tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. I bambini si sono divertiti molto e tutto era studiato per loro, dalla piscina al campo da tennis. Ma anche per gli adulti, tanti angoli della casa dove potersi rilassare e godersi la vacanza. Davvero una casa fantastica!!

Big and lovely villa
This is a great place of a very high standard – everything you could need and a lovely view and location, the outdoor area is simply wonderful!! Our dealings with the owner and with Federico, were all very satisfactory. Grazie Federico, for this beautiful experience!!

Une vacance inoubliable
Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette charmant villa, et nous avons tres apprécié toute la structure. La piscine est très relaxant et mes enfants se sont bien amusés à jouer au tennis dans le court. Je recommande la villa et la fiabilité et la disponibilité de Federico.

Great location for a wonderful trip in Sicily
We been in Capo d’Orlando in october and we found this beautiful villa in a hill 10 minutes from the sea and was much more better than what we expect. Villa Tullio is simply perfect for an holidays with friends (we were 9) is relaxing, quite and with all what you need. We enjoied the pool and our child the tennis court too, we were a bit afraid about the weather in october (considering the wetaher in London) but not was great, one week with 30 degrees. Thank you to Federico for all is help and suggestions about place to visit and reastaurant. We felt like home Very very nice

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Villa per una settimana e non posso che fare una recensione molto positiva. La casa è molto accogliente immersa in un grande giardino curato, ben gestita la piscina ed ottimo il campo da tennis. Punto di forza della struttura la grande veranda nella quale si può cenare indisturbati. Eravamo una famiglia numerosa con 4 bimbi che molto si sono divertiti. Bagni ampi e ristrutturati, doccia a nicchia nel bagno della camera padronale, in tutto 4 ampie camere matrimoniali. Cucina rifornita di tutto e ben attrezzata. Zanzariere in dotazione. Ringrazio l’host per tutti i gesti gentili che abbiamo ricevuto, dal vaso di fiori in soggiorno a tutto il resto e per la cordiale disponibilità. Consiglio vivamente la struttura perché molto più bella delle foto pubblicate e soprattutto perché gestita da persone attente, ospitali e gentili e questo rende una casa accogliente ed una vacanza indimenticabile….grazie

Perfect family holidays
We spent one week for a family holiday! It was perfect! Big rooms, bathrooms… The veranda in front of the tennis court (loved by our children’s) is just awesome!!! It’s where we spent most of our time! The swimmig pool is quite big! Thanks a lot, we definitely suggest this place!!!

Amazing villa 10 minutes from the sea
Stayed here for 11 days with my family. The villa is very spacious, the grounds are well kept, flowers, trees, all very well; everything was beautiful as the colors and the pool area. Childrens loved the tennis court area. We hope to return

Die Villa liegt herrlich oberhalb von Capo D´ Orlando. Der Tennisplatz ist vor der Haustüre. Der Pool ist sehr Groß 6mX12m. Außenrum gibt es viel Grün. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist überdacht und ebenfalls groß. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das einzige was uns fehlte war ein Geschirrspüler. Wenn es Fragen gab, der Vermieter war immer erreichbar.

Villa Tullio is an amazing place. It has everything a big family or group could look for a vacation. Play tennis in the morning? Private pool while having barbecue in the afternoon? Dinner at the balcony?Stargazing on rooftop late at night?Accommodating bedrooms? You can all experience them here in Villa Tullio! It is highly recommended especially for a family with children like us! We are a family of 7, 4 kids, me, my husband and my mom-in-law. We stayed 5 nights here. We went around Sicily (Palermo, Cefalu, Mt. Etna, Catania, Messina, Taormina and Capo d’orlando) to see the east part of the region. Villa Tullio made the perfect rest place for our family. After a tiring day, knowing you have a nice place to stay at, makes one ready for another adventure the next day! Coming back here is very desirable! A very wonderful place!
