This splendid villa in Capo d’Orlando is located on a hill surrounded by lemon, orange and olive trees 4 km from the sea and the beaches of Capo d’Orlando. A structure like few for a of relaxation, luxury and tranquility holiday.
Casa Avilau, is perfect for a holiday in Capo d’Orlando with private pool, extends over two floors with a private entrance and has a large veranda and garden with outdoor shower.

La vue de la maison est magnifique, c’est paisible, Frédérico est réactif.
Attention électricité à payer en plus qui est écrit nul part. En plus des taxes de séjours et d’une caution pour les poubelles (système de déchets pas du tout pratique..)
La piscine n’a pas été entretenu de la semaine (d’ailleurs pour une maison pour 8 personnes il y a seulement 5 transats.) Ce sont de petits détails mais pour le prix il pourrait y avoir un peu plus d’entretien.
La « plage privée » est un beach club on devait payer 15€ pour un cocktail et un parasols (2 transats)
Arrivés sur place elle voulait nous faire payer 45€ le parasol.. nous avons négocié a 20€ mais sans le petit cocktail
Nous avons passons de très belle vacances en famille dans ce bel environnement au milieu des citronniers

We had a great time at the Villa Avilau, absolutely stunning surroundings with view towards the ocean and sunset in front of the terrace. A great place to relax from the busy life and relax at the private pool

Beautiful villa, large and spacious. The pool was fantastic. Panoramic view and beautiful sunsets. Isolated, and one need a car to go to the town. Federico and Carmen were very helpful and great hosts.

Beautiful private villa with a stunning pool. On a hill with view over Capo d’orlando and the sea, the sunsets are truly spectactular. We had a great time and felt immediatly at home, the place has a good vibe. Everything was spotless and the pool was well-maintained. Will recommend to our friends!

We enjoyed staying at the villa, it was very spacious. We were welcomed with a lovely basket of Italian products which was very useful. A very friendly kitten also welcomed us.

We really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful house. We enjoyed the landscape and the magnificent view and the pool as well as the silence and calm atmosphere.
We totally recommend staying at your’s although energy ia charged extra at the end of the stay with 0,50€ per kilowatt per hour.

A very large farmhouse with a great sea view and a good swimming pool. Access is up a narrow mountain road which could be intimidating but no worse than other internal Sicilian roads. Distance from Palermo airport is 2 hours on a Autostrada. We took an overnight trip to Etna which our son cycled up and down, and a boat trip from Milazzo to Lipari Island which I recommend. Restaurants and cafes are less than 10 minutes’ drive away. A car is essential.
Overall, a very enjoyable holiday.

This house is without a doubt the most beautiful place in Sicily!!!
It’s inspiring and has a lot of space. Very private and has a nice swimming pool. Inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There are also several rooms in the house where you can sit comfortably and 3 bathrooms!
The owner of the house was very accessible and extremely helpful.

This place had the most amazing view of the sea. The house is comfortable, very big and everything you need is available. There is a big garden and a swimming pool. You will not see any neighbors, it’s a very quiet place. Enjoy your stay at Vila Avilau!

Un séjour idyllique ! Maison très grande et très bien décorée. Un panier de bienvenue pour découvrir la gastronomie sicilienne. Accueil et propreté au top. Notre hôte, Fédérico est aux petits soins. Très belle piscine mais surtout une vue à couper le souffle ! La mer et les îles Eoliennes, le ciel, les cigales, les oliviers, les citronniers et le calme absolu, que demander de plus ! Idéalement située sur les hauteurs de la station balnéaire CAPO D’ORLANDO, la mer à 4 kms. A découvrir d’urgence!

This is a great place to stay. The view from the villa is stunning. Very spacious pool to enjoy during hot summer days. The host was available all the time and helped throughout the stay.
This is a must-stay villa and it will only get better. The location is very good and there is access to everything.
